Why you chose to be our advisor: "I chose to be the advisor because I believe deeply in the aims of your organization. I support diversity; I advocate sisterhood. I chose to remain the advisor because I support the commitment y'all have to each other and to the organization."
What you hope to see us accomplish: "I would like to see the sisters consistently engage the issue of diversity---and then use the deep and personal knowledge you gain to make this community more aware. For example, since the organization you do philanthropy for is about AIDS, I'm curious to know about the degree to which the sisters have explored the impact of race and ethnicity on people affected by AIDS. Furthermore, do y'all do AIDS advocacy on campus or in the community such that people are moved to support communities of color where AIDS is so prevalent?
